Product Leadership Philosophy

People over process

Forget the frameworks! To build great products effectively, teams need to evolve beyond the rigid application of a singular methodology and embrace working collaboratively to frame and solve problems.

Always be optimizing

Gen AI and collaborative design tools have created countless opportunities to optimize product and design workflows. Leaders need to create space for innovation and push teams to embrace emerging tech.

Shared ownership, shared outcomes

Collaborative design builds shared understanding, meaning teams build better products quicker. As a wise man once said: Friends build products, enemies create documentation. And PowerPoints. Lots of PowerPoints.

Autonomy + Inspiration = Innovation

Technical professionals want to shape their environment and make decisions for themselves. When creative people are given autonomy and room to experiment, more often than not they'll surprise you with their ingenuity.
